| You
can receive a lifetime membership in FCACO by completing the
online membership form, or you may request that one be sent
to you. Make a membership donation of $40, if possible, when
you join. Dependent children are included in a parent's membership
until age 18, at which time they must apply for their own
individual membership.
FCACO
serves residents in the greater Columbus, Springfield, Yellow
Springs and Athens areas. If you live outside these
areas, contact us & we will connect you with an affiliate
of FCA in your area. You can also locate affiliates using
the National
FCA & Affiliates link.

involvement can be as great or as little as you choose.
As a member, you have vote in the conduct of your organization's
affairs. You are encouraged to attend the annual meeting,
at which time you can vote on the election of directors
and officers, review financial statements, and provide
input on matters of policy. Usually, an educational
program is planned for these meetings. |

Membership is transferable among
all affiliates in the U.S. (and possibly Canada) for little or
no charge. Also, benefits are reciprocal among affiliates, so
if you die in another area, you would be eligible for any discounted
price in funeral arrangements at the nearest cooperating funeral
home.
